Dr. Pepper DLC releases for Bad Company 2

On Wednesday, April 21st Xbox 360 players can change how their soldiers look on the Battlefield with the Kit Upgrade DLC.
There are 4 kits, one for each class, specific unique uniforms and camouflaged weapons gives you a visual edge. I mean what good is a camouflaged soldier if the gun sticks out like a sore thumb?
Recruited strictly from other high-level Special Operations units such as Delta Force and Spetsnaz, the Special Activities groups - SPECACT - are the elite of the elite, used mainly for covert operations and other high-risk missions in areas where conventional troops cannot be used.
With the 4 kit specific unique uniforms and the camouflaged SPECACT personal M16A2, UMP-45, MG3 and M95 SNIPER you have a visual edge on the Battlefield, showing that you're a force to be reckoned with. The pack also includes 12 new awards and 4 Achievements. 
In North America the kit upgrades are only available on Xbox 360 using the Dr Pepper codes printed on special promotional cans.
In Europe and the UK you can get hold of the kit upgrades for:
Xbox Live Marketplace
160 MS points per kit upgrade
440 MS points for bundle pack (all kits)

Seeing as how lazy EA is, we probably won't get this DLC for like another 3 months...

Whoa, whoa, whoa. We don't have to pay to unlock the achievements do we? If so, that's fucking stupid. All I need left is level 22 and I'm almost there, if I get the original 1000 I'll feel like that was all a waste if I have to buy these new achievements that were "supposed" to be free if we bought the VIP game...

Only Europe and the UK can actually buy it. The US has to use the doctor pepper codes. So if you normally drink doctor pepper like I do than the dlc is free.
Also, its about damn time they are releasing these.

They come on the lids of 20oz bottles as well. That's where I got mine.

Am I missing somthing? I bought like 10 bottles for this promotion. (I normally don't buy Dr.Pepper) The only games I can have the option of getting DLC for are "Spore" "Battlefield Heroes" "Mass Effect 2" and "Sims 3" That would be great. If I played or had any interest in those. (The website has pictures of Marlow and so did the bottle.) So how do you get the BFBC 2 DLC o.O Thanks
EDIT: Forget I even said that. I just realised the date was the 21st =]

@AJ - They'll always find a way to charge you for your achievements. Achievements are like microsofts little baby, and they wont give them up for nothin'. Free achievements are very hard to come by...
well I guess ill be buying a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper!

The vending machine at my job still had the bottles with codes. So I don't see why the ones at Wal Mart wouldn't.
