It appears they never had malicious intent and have since turned to more legitimate means of promoting their site, but it's something to keep in mind.

True but I would never try to get people to do it If they were still doing this. Ive had a Playfire for a while and Nothing has happened to me so hopefully nothing will happen to anyone here

And if you are worried then change your LIVE password to something complex
