I personally report anyone with any type of racist or hate group clan tags, or who send me messages of the same sort.
I say report them in the manners that you are able and then let it go after. I do so in hopes that with enough people reporting them it will eventually catch up to them.

You get their asses banned for as long as you can. They aren't directing anything specifically towards you, its to ALL black guys so I say you get in touch with Microsoft and report them. Hell, I'll do it as well.

It's probably a bunch of little ignorant kids that aren't even old enough to be on xbox live, so with that being said, report them.
