Yes it is. If you do not have the achievement for giving katie all possible gifts than I would suggest throwing the painting at a zombie instead of smashing it on him so you can still give it to Katie.
What time does this mission pop up?

So I just played the WHOLE game co-op with a buddy of mine...We just finished the game.
We started playing the game at the very beginning, as soon as you are able to play co-op...and all the way to the credits.
Once we finished, no achievement...for anything....not for "Completed The Facts" not for completing the game in co-op...nothing!
Has anyone else ran into this problem? If you have, what have you done to rectify it?!

Did you give TK Zombrex? You MUST do that to complete all the cases/co-op cases because that's the only way you can complete The Facts.
