i haven't played it yet, but my wife ran through it.
apparently you have to save up so many points, upgrade, reload, upgrade the other one.
or something... lol. you should check out an achievement guide really.

I load save game to replay mission but my point went back down to 28. It look like I have to start new game.

What is best way to get more points? I don't want to screw up on 2nd playthough.
