Ok so if i have an item and get it up to the max level 3 is it tapped out or does it keep working? For instance, Francescas book, you receive additional unholy exp for every 50 kills with it equipped. I hit level 3 with it but do i still get additional exp for every 50 kills or is it useless now? And do ones that max ur damage out for a weapon still give u the bonus if the equipment is not equipped or if its at level 3?
