after you type in zork on the computer, you just have to try and figure out the command that goes with the sentence given. like if it says "you have a message in your mailbox" you type

As far as I know it's just the ones for Zork and Dead Ops that give Achievements, the rest are to unlock certain maps or provide more backstory through fake e-mails and stuff.
