Why fuck u on UK? It on dashboard. Turn off xbox then back on go to games app it right there. It should said Access to Battlefield 4.

Did you possibly buy the Battlefield 3 Premium Edition, the one that comes with a Premium Voucher, it's been said that the way Microsoft detects the Premium ID is if you purchased it from the actual EA Battlelog ingame, and the Premium ID in the voucher is different. Just speculation but sounds right.

I figured that might be the problem but why wouldn't DICE inform us that premium edition owners wouldn't get early access
We should have Access it's just that it's not being detected correctly

Ohhhhh, To access the BF4 Beta you have to confirm your Premium Status, all I did was launch BF3 and it confirmed me, as soon as I went to Dashboard it was right there in the Games Section
