April Community Spotlight - It's Meta! ....again!

Ah, April. One of the pissiest months of the year. Spring has sprung, the weather is starting to get humid and rainy, allergens are running amok--seems the perfect time to interview myself!
Yep, I am so fracktacularly uberawesome that I decided I deserved another Community Spotlight!
So Meta, tell us, what's new in your world?
Well, my two ex-roommates had their third roommate, who is also an ex-roommate of mine, decide to break his lease and ignore his share of payments and responsibilities because he wants to engage in a more Christian life and doesn't feel like they are on his level. I let them crash at my place and it has been a hilarious gaming fit ever since. Yeah it sucks sharing such a small space and rubbing elbows and what-not, but it's great to always have someone ready to help with Achievements or just multiplayer mayhem.
Sounds good man, what sort of stuff have you been playing?
We did a bit of Rock Band 3 at first since I have lots of great DLC, then played through Borderlands twice and did Dr. Ned's Zombie Island and started Mad Moxxi's BS. Currently each night we start up Gears of war 2 in system link and play Horde mode. We have already conquered Casual and Normal 1-50 so now we are doing Hardcore, so far we're at Wave 17 I believe. Yeah I know that isn't saying much but bear in mind it's just the three of us; the waves don't get any smaller just because you don't have the full 5 people.
What is your reaction to EA's new policy of requiring "online passes" of people?
I can understand game developers wanting a cut of the massive used game profits, and as long as loyal retail purchasers aren't getting screwed over, I'm fine with it. I think it would be really cool if you could opt-out of a game's multiplayer element and maybe save $10 on it.
