Ok, all great points, but I keep hearing that China and Korea are both cyber attacking the US on a very regular basis. Those could be JUST rumors or they could be truth. If these guys are smart - and I believe that they are all extremely bright - they could attack Korea or China and not say anything. As long as they erased their footprints and kept quiet about the whole attack, I say let them give our enemies a slap or 2.




China's cyber attacks are not rumors, but instead are facts. However as somebody else pointed out we are extremely interwoven with China, so I am not sure attacking them in any manner would be a good idea for the USA in the long run. Instead of looking at China as just an enemy you might want to think of them as the USA's credit card company.

um...no...It's more then just "frowned upon". If Anonymous was caught and prosecuted they could be charged with cyber terrorism. Which is a great deal more then just a slap on the wrist that you would get for doing something that is "frowned upon"

The only problem, these guys aren't going to get caught. One of those things I think we are just going to have to endure until these guys run out of steam. I wish someone would catch them, the problem with this is that almost every user on internet likes to call himself "Anonymous" and there are thousands of groups that are calling themselves "Anonymous". Its practicaly impossible.
