Doesn't the transfer kit only work once?
My suggestion is that you buy a 120 GB HDD for your Xbox 360 console or request one from Microsoft if you bought a HDD for your Xbox 360 Arcade console.
If you bought a 60 GB HDD, then you will need to purchase a Memory Card to manual transfer all of your content over (just saved games and such) and then just use the DRM to re-download your XBLA and XBLIG games.
Keep in mind that the DRM is only good once a year.
