Yeah but on XBL it's 10 dollars more for every game versus store price. They probably don't let you use points because they want to tax you as well as over price the games

Yeah the Update is now Available for non Preview Users. And all of us who WERE preview users, dont expect an update at all, as we basically have it. Certain things will be removed from our dashboard like the Preview section, but everything to me has remained the same.

When I first got the update they only had a few selections in the marketplace and then they did another update a couple days ago and added more, so I'm sure within the week they'll update it again and add more.
