Xbox live will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, February 20th from 5:00 - 8:00 a.m. EST. Affected areas besides Live will include the "My Xbox" section of Xbox.com and the Xbox forums will be in read only mode. According to Major Nelson, this is strictly for maintenance, so no new features on Xbox.com, your Xbox 360 dashboard or Xbox Live.
