Looks like Microsoft realized that 1600 points wasn't getting it done for the pre-paid market. Recently, a 4000 point Xbox Live card from Microsoft showed up on Circuit City's website for $49.99. While Xbox Live users have been able to buy Microsoft points in larger denominations through the console or on Xbox.com, this is the first time retailers have carried anything larger than 1600. This is a good move on Microsoft's part, especially considering how many issues they have had with e-commerce over the last year.
