Xbox LIVE [HELP]

Ok so, my Xbox LIVE is not working...

-My internet works on all the other computers in the house, but not on my Xbox.
-When i test connection. Network Adapters is good, but IP fails.
-It is not my subscription, My friends tried with their gamertags on my Xbox.
-I reset the router, renewed my IP, and everything
-I switched ethernet cables and it's not that.

I don't know what else to do, is it possible that the ethernet port in my xbox is damaged, i take good care of it, i dont move it ever. Please help

My first guess is that your router is not assigning it, I had problems with Cox cable in Kansas limiting the IP's. Turn off all of your computers, or unplug them from the router, and reset your router leaving only the xbox connected.

If that doesn't work the next step is plugging the modem directly into the xbox

That happens to me sometimes. Unplugging the router for about 30 seconds fixes it.

Thanks! I did a full reset on my router and only plugged the xbox in.. then plugged everything else back in. works fine now. Weird. Thanks again!
