Xbox America Borrowing Center

Hello again XbA. I'm here to propose a new idea for the site that would be beneficial for almost all the members here. Gamerscore and achievements have pulled us close and made us a tight knit family and with the idea that I have I believe that we can grow to become an even closer family than we already are. This idea was inspired by Minioger's newest review on Assassin's Creed 2.
I know a lot of us are feeling the hit of the terrible state that the economy is in and something that most of us are not willing to sacrifice is gaming. So without further rambling I'll just explain my idea so you won't have to wonder! I propose we start a new type of trading thread that consists of confirmed honest traders where people can offer up new releases that they will not need to play for a while in exchange for a game that they would like to play and once both parties are done with said games, they simply send the games back.
This would be much cheaper than shelling out 60 bucks for new titles and a lot of people could benefit from this. I'm willing to get things rolling on this and would be willing to let people borrow Modern Warfare 2 for a game that I haven't played yet. Mini and I are going to swap for AC2 but when I get it back it's up for grabs.
I will also run the thread in the same manor Top Dogs 360 runs the Trade In Center with a list of members and their list of games. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to take full advantage of this because we don't all have the money to buy every new release!
Thanks again and let me know if you would like to be added to the list.
Please PM if you wish to be on list as it will be much easier to keep track of games and members this way.

Only issue I see is.....what happens when one borrower takes a LONG time finishing a game? Do you have a the right to demand them to send it back or do you have to sit there and wait for them to get around to it.
Maybe set up a minimum trade time...2,3,4 weeks. Some time after which traders are clear to ask for their game back even if the other guy didn't finish.

That makes sense so you have some security.

This can be left up to the people participating in the deal. A time limit can be set beforehand and would have to be agreed upon by both members.
Just make sure whoever you get into a deal with that you trust the person.

Nah, I'm slowing down on the whole trading thing and not too interested in the borrowing idea. My neighbor and I already borrow like crazy. Between the two of us we pretty well get every game of interest. Especially since 90% of the time he's the one buying them. Once a month I borrow a game from him that hasn't even been opened yet. LOL

I was just thinking about this the other day but didn't think it'd work. If I think of any games I'd like to add I'll let ya know.

oh you noticed eh? umm...yea about that...you're gonna need some new... umm...tires. It seems as though the friction between the rubber compound and the pavement caused them to wear-excessively!
