XbA Summer Tourney: CoD IV Info Aug 2nd

All,

As promised, here are the details for the XboxAmerica Summer Tourney Series Week 1. This will be Call of Duty IV week, which should make for some interesting play. Here is a list of the settings that will be adjusted/in play during this week's session (Map stay the same for all three sessions):

Game: Call Of Duty IV: Modern Warfare
Map: Crash
Max Player: 10
GameType: Free-For-All
Time Limit: 10 Min
Score Limit: Unlimited
Number of Lives: Unlimited
Allow Perks: Disabled
Scoring Method: Avg kills over three 10 minute games

XboxAmerica Staff members who will be hosting:

CaptainMayhem88
Hektic Juggalo
zoboa

Look for us in the XboxAmerica Chat room about 15 minutes prior to the start of each hours matches. We will choose players at random to fill out the amount of people for each session.

wait, so we have to go to crash, and we dont get perks? oh this kinda sucks >_< i hate crash....and no perks wont help me (im using a mini uzi dude! those things lack greatly in power! lol)

Crash is a good multiplayer map. No perks makes it fair for those who have either just prestige or recently started playing the game. As far as a good machine gun, the P90 is a personal fave but so is the MP5 for starters. Id play but Im in germany and I get called lagger enough from american people as it is.

In the box on the main page to the left of your gamercard is a link called "Chat (0 Online)".

then let people rank up and get their guns. i cant use a MP5/P90 anymore! i have certain guns that work w/ me and that i end up being REALLY good w/...like each prestige i have a diff gun im amazing w/...getting a diff gun might screw me up : also cause im too used to halo 3 controls >_<

A good player can win using any weapon. Shouldnt blame it on the guns. So sounds to me like you need to practice with weapons you dont normally use.
