Wii Sports best selling game of all time?

I've read on many different sites that Wii sports is now the best selling game of all time. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Its included in the bundle. So if you buy a Wii you get it. How is that the best selling game of all time? People dont buy Wii Sports. They buy a Wii and just happen to get that game with it. Thats so stupid. If they had put any other game in with the Wii, it would technically be the best selling game. Its not a standalone game that you can buy, therefore it shouldnt even be mentioned with the top selling games of all time. I hate how the people are bragging about it. So freakin stupid. So wouldn't it actually be the worst selling game of all time, considering no one really "pays for it?"

Its kinda like how they included Kung Fu Panda into the bundle. Lets say millions of people buy the system. Is Kung Fu Panda really the best selling game? I dont think so.

pft, that aint even alf dumb. something truly dumb, is buying a nintendo wii, taking the owners manual (yea, the thing basically NOBODY looks at..) then returning the wii (without the manual)...yea, somebody did that on this one base in germany. my dad bought the wii (i think he's gonna turn around and sell it to someone else, but thats still funny someone bought it to steal the manual, which you could easily download or read on the internet..)

but that makes sense tho. people usually end up returning KFP w/ the 360 bundle. how many people have you seen at Gamestop or wherever returning WiiSports? not many id assume....so it kinda makes sense...

of course its not returned...i dont think it has any value...its a free game so honestly i dont think they could give you any money for it...but the point of the whole post was that shouldnt a standalone game be the only thing that should be considered? i mean if they sold it seperately and it became the #1 seller, then congrats. but its not and therefore i dont really see how it can be the top seller of all time. that just means the wii is selling really really well.

Super Mario Bros came with the Nintendo, and until Wii Sports, it was the highest selling game of all time.

So... does it really matter?

I think it is stupid also. It should be stand alone games only. And the Wii fails, so anything about it I will choose the negative side of the argument

the only reason its the best selling is cause you don't see people at gamestop returning it....so obviously people enjoy the wii and the game....so....meh....thats the only reasoning they could put behind that...

MiniGame's do not count as real games. And I think TETRIS is actually the best selling game of all time.
