The Thing that is scary about buying into all these Arcade games is that at any moment Microsoft can terminate your Account. And guess what happens to all of your live games? - Gone with the wind baby. Nothing like owning the actual disc instead. I think that will be one good selling point of being able to buy the actual games in store now.

Well if you don't do anything stupid I don't see a reason you're account would be terminated.

Well, have been with XBox Live since the beta for the original xbox... I don't plan on sharing my account or exchange it to get higher gamerscores, etc.. I think I am okay.

doesn't matter they can't terminate your account they can only ban it or make it so you can't play gold, and the arcade games are bought and paid for so if they did what you suggest that would be a law suit you would win because you bought and paid for all those arcade games.

Well, I dont know if you were aware of this, but they were planning on selling a disc with a bunch of the arcade games on them. Someone or myself posted the article, and Im not sure when this was planned. But amen, that is definitely the downside.
