If your willing to drop 100+ dollars
Turtle Beach or Astros a40's are awesome
http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/efx3/home.aspx are the ones im getting because im not willing to spend 100 dollars extra for a couple extra perks
http://astrogaming.com/products/detail/4/A40_Headset/ are more pricey but they are a lot nicer. The astro's are what the Pros use but i dont think are worth 100 dollars more.
