I may take critisim for this, but instead of having seperate forums for each state, how about just leaderboards? I would think that having a common forum area and have sections for each state, if needed, under the total forum section.

As always, full of ideas and willing to help out.

XboxOhio will retain some semblence of a full forum to retain the integrity of the original site. Going forward, any new state sites will have slimmed down forum specific to that states community.

I considered this option, but I thought people from XboxOhio would miss having a community oriented to ohio. This way people can get a large buzzing community from XboxAmerica, and a close knit of locals from their state site.

I don't know what Z said, so I might've just said the same thing.

Yea I like this idea. When others were posting about xboxohio they seemed jealous that we were really the only state forum out there. This way everyone feels welcome in their local forum. :cool:

The site looks very nicely presented, and informative to the latest 360 news.

Theres sure to be a lot of interest to this site as to people who just want to have a decent online community to post in with their fellow gamers.

I've been trying to find a site like this for a long time ( Thanks hockeypuck!)

Word of mouth and internet searches are bound to get this to be a thriving community.

I was just also wondering if there might be any plans on an artwork section for people whoare good at that ( I'm trying to be

).

It'd be cool to add some potential artwrk to our sigs, and etc.

I was also wondering about how the rules will evolve once there is a lot of people here?

If it gets to that point where they are needed....how about having a link to them at the bottom of the sites page? Similar as to how Game Spot has theirs.

Good idea.. I just thought that we would end up with statenamehere.xboxamerica.com.. Yes, the original forum area for ohio is good, just didn't want to see it become an admin nightmare of having a seperate area for each state.

I miss the thing at the bottom, where it says who is on the site. There is one in the forums, but not on the main page.
