Play-in games start around 11:00 a.m. EST and the first round will begin around 12:30 p.m. EST.

If by some chance the play-in games are not done by 12:30, do we have to wait for them to be finished before we play our match?

You would, but I cant see them not being finished. Unless there is a bunch of ties, I expect these matches to be over withing 20-30 minutes each.
