This movie was fucking awesome, the graphics were kick ass, i never read the graphic novel but someone already stated that they stuck to the book. I didn't realize the movie was as long as it was, but to be honest, I like it when movies are long, especially when they are good.

So....a little fyi for you caspa.......shut the fuck up

Me and repo went last night to see it. it was a good movie. The funny thing is i've never read the graphics novel but after doing research on it last year and remembering some things in the past that i've seen about watchmen, i was excited to see it.

It's a little strange at first. I honestly thought there was gonna be more action in it, and there is, but not up to the point like a batman or superman movie would have.

The real beauty in this movie is when i came home from the movie and started reading the graphic novel lol god they seriously took so many scenes straight out of the graphic novel and it made me appreciate the movie alot more. Don't think hollywood goes and does things more accurately to the source material but zack snyder really did a great job with bringing the graphic novel to life.

I kinda wish they did the real ending from the novel though =/ i mean how hard can it be to model a dead squid with thousands of dead bodies in NY <_< I still don't understand why they keep saying that part is unflimable. With technology today it would be real easy to do that part just like in the novel. Anyone got any clarity on this?
