That's kinda 2 separate things. He got banned, and decided to quit 360 because he said achievements were turning gaming into work. So he mostly plays with his wii now...
He was banned for a thread he made that was really bad, even for him. Even worse than the hairy balls one.
Would that be the old man ass one? Or the one where he was ipoopedem or whatever...
