It probably saves them money for a two year contract. They'll atleast get a million for a year, so they prob figure two years they can save them some money and just give him 1.6 million. He'll build his fame back up I'm sure, after a couple of months no one will even say anything about the dog fighting.

You may be joking but there are some fans in Cleveland that were clamoring for the Browns to bring him in and I was dumbfounded. With the closest thing we have to a mascot being a Dog and with the Dawg Pound I just didn't see that going over well. Not to mention we already have two decent quarterbacks and Vick would not have fit in with Mangini's' offense. I still like Derek Anderson but I don't care who gets the job as long as the o-line does it's job well it won't really matter.
