What? This thread relates to Fallout 3? What on earth could you possibly be sad about? Well, this picture: 
Now what is wrong with this picture? Look closely at the two bobbleheads missing. The Energy Weapons, and the Medicine. Now where are those two located? Raven Rock and Vault 101. And what are unique about both of those locations? They are both locked after certain events, and never accessible again. This is why I am sad. And as far as I am aware, even if I re-load saves and pick up the bobbleheads, the achievement will not register unless all 20 bobbleheads are either in your inventory, or the stand at your home, or a combination of both. And if I go back in time, then I will not have the other 18 bobbleheads. Therefore, I must start a new game, or continue from Raven Rock, where I first missed it. If any of you know a way I can obtain the achievement just by picking up the bobbleheads, please tell.
