Anyway... did I call this or what? That's right... I'm psychic! Well, ok, I'm not. I admit, there's been a rumor going around the official L4D forums since before the first DLC came out, that they were going to charge for this one so 360 users got achievements.
I don't get how there are games that gave out achievement laden DLC for free in the past... Valve is the only developer I've heard call out MS for MAKING them charge...

Those plagiarism sites are worthless. The one I used counted almost everything that was not in quotations as plagiarized. I had to go and dispute my case as 34% of my three page essay was apparently not my own. Good luck with yours!
