Unlock the Achievement Hint - Day 4

Here's the fourth hint!:

"To find me, achievement #4, Xbox America's geographical roots you'll have to know. But please hurry up, because a four digit gamerscore plagues this row."

This one is classified as Hard, but it might be closer to Very Hard. If later in the day people still need help, I'll give some more mini clues.
