Was anyone else disappointed with Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise?

I don't know about other people, but I play Viva Pinata to relax, casually managing a garden. The original provided a freedom from hardcore gaming. It couldn't really get me frustrated.

Trouble in Paradise introduced a shit ton more sour pinatas, plus countless, pervasive weeds. These only make it needlessly challenging. I can't count how many times I've run out of space. Am I seriously supposed to use post office crates to transfer pinatas from one garden to another? Seriously? There can't be a quicker, more intuitive solution?

I'm not sure what was improved over the original besides a couple of species, a few shortcut controls and innumerable nuisances.

Sorry, I needed to vent.

haha! it's ok man, it's good to vent once in awhile! i never played TIP but did play the first one and i must have zero patience because it felt too much like work to get the right ones to mate and not get devoured! i'm glad i didn't try this one then! VP-Party Animals is kind of fun in a Wii-ish minigame, mario kart type of way though.....

My wife was really looking forward to the VP update with TIP. However, after trying at least 3-4 different times to actually put an effort into playing she has pretty much given up on it as it's so absolutely frustrating. She regrets ever even buying the game.

So no, you are not alone. :(
