I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming response to the Gears of War Tournament sponsored by Mad Catz and give congratulations to those teams that were able to grab one of the spots. Even after expanding it once, and adding to the wait list, the tournament is now completely full. We have 18 teams (54 players) in the tourney, and four additional teams on a wait list.

Please keep an eye on XboxAmerica, as we will continue to offer exclusive tournaments to our community once we get to the new year.

I must say I am very impressed with how this Tournament has been run, you guys are making great on-the-fly adjustments to meet the needs of the players and the teams, and the overall high turnout for the tournament.

Not to mention, answering questions in posts quickly, as well as PMs.

From reading people's reactions to the news of the PMS clan playing in the tournament, it sounds like many here really want to play you guys, err... gals.:)
