I think the previous winner should be allowed to win all the other times, each week/month has different prizes so it gives everyone a chance to go for the prize.
I think TK should host each time unless noted otherwise since this was his idea and he's decent in each game and no one will be able to complain about host advantage since most of the games that are picked, he's never played or hasn't in awhile.
If you don't let the winners come back and play then they won't even want to play, it's a tournament not barney's share circle.
Just because you win last week doesn't mean you are going to win next weeks in a totally different game..
and if you guys thought shockwaves connection was laggy then maybe people with multiple connections in one household shouldn't host due to usage of bandwidth?

i'm not saying anything about his connection either i'm just saying that if you have a problem with who is host then it shouldn't be someone who's already super good at the game or someone who has a lot of bandwidth going through their house .. that's why i said tk should host, that is if he wants too..
