That is a ton of fun.
The game also offers some trait customization as far as your powers go, though I imagine that by the end of the game you can max out quite a few of them. Other things can be customized, if you find them. Things like your light-saber color, and you can pick power cells for them that do things like increase damage, again, if you find them.
CONTROL is pretty simple, one melee button, and a couple for your powers. Trying to aim things you're lifting with The Force can sometimes be cumbersome, since as far as I can tell there is no way to rotate things. Meaning for some things (like climbing the construct in the second level) you might get it on the first try, and it might take you three or four, or ten.
GRAPHICS are pretty good, not awesome, but not crap either. Not really anything I would call special, but, if you've seen some of the other Star Wars games that have been put out these aren't much to sneeze at.
GAMEPLAY is the core of whether anything is worth getting, and I would say maybe get this one, if you're an action adventure player. The game is fun, as I said before. Most gamers have secretly been waiting for a game where you can pick up radiator coils and Tie Fighter wings and hurl them at their adversaries. In this game, not only can you do that, but you can use your adversaries as things to throw at your adversaries. How cool is that?
My thoughts on this game are that I am surprised I like it so much, seeing as I was disappointed in every other game of the franchise, even Battlefront, which most gamers see as the best Star Wars game. I want you all to know, my reviews have very seldom been good (I wrote for some other sites) and I am not a Star Wars fanboy by any means. I would suggest at least renting this game.
EDIT: and my apologies, if my posting this comes as some sort of no-no. i did just find a review of this in a blog entry from the site's staff writer. i didnt see it upon writing this.
