I was trying to find a way to search for "Who owns UNO" from the site if it is tagged as owned under the users cp - games owned.

If this is available, can someone point me in the correct direction, if not, would this be possible implement on the site?

Absolutely.

One of the new additions to the Game Library was the inclusion at the bottom of every detail page a list of members that have marked that particular game as "owned".

For UNO, there are 25 people that currently have it marked as "owned', but I am certain the number is greater due to members not updating their profile.
