the glitch on mine started on imperial raxus prime and followed to the last level. i went thru all previous levels(all holocrons collected per objectives screen). got most in later(glitched) levels, went back to recheck and if the game didn't autosave after i went back for them, they reappeared. weird. anyway...beat it on hard got all other achievements for what i've done but no holocron achievement. hopefully it's not like GOW when someone grabs a cog tag in co-op it's gone forever. when patch comes out it should be retroactive for achievements, i hope.

You're going to have to replay Assassin's Creed from the begining. Make sure you don't throw a Templar off something. You have to stab him.
My buddy has the same problem. He threw a templar to his death and it didn't register the kill. We've searched for 3 hours looking in the templars locations.
As far as Star Wars, it is glitchy as heck.
I tried pulling down the SD and it wouldn't go green. I had to reload the level. Good news is, my force lightening is strong enough I just sit back and zap the Tie fighters.

First off - sorry to bring up an old thread but I think its relevant.
I stuck in Star Wars last night and it downloaded a patch which fixed my problems!!!! All I had to do was load up each of the three levels I completed already and I got the holocron achievement. I played for an hour or two last night as well and some of the other glitches seem to be doing better as well. Just in case anyone cares. I know I do because I'm enjoying the game much more now
