A really nice article where both the 360 and PS3 are compared side by side on a Sony Bravia TV, both connected by the highest quality cable (360=VGA, PS3=HDMI) and outputting at 1080P....well, the 360 anyway. It certainly seemed like the absence of a hardware scaler hurt the PS3. It is a crucial point, as Sony tries to call it's PS3 a High Definition gaming system, yet if you don't have a brand new HD Television, you are definitley not getting your money's worth. Only time will tell, but Microsoft seems pretty confident, and right they should be, that they can both stay with Sony in terms of graphics, and maintain their lead in terms of software.

Good Read Hektic. I have never been biased to any particular system, so it is nice to see that the two are prety comparable right now.

I just wish I could see the future and know which media format is going to win- Blu-Ray or HD-DVD, that way I can opt-in right now instead of waiting.
