This is the result of hiccups on Microsoft's server. If the Xbox America server tries to update a gamertag, but Microsoft's server has a spasm simultaneously, the result is a gamertag updated with dud values. This usually means a gamerscore of 0 and empty bio's and motto's.

I can try to make the system a little more skeptical of the data it gets from Microsoft. I'll see what I can do.
