Rock Band seems to have been waiting to release the good stuff until spring.
Harmonix has official announced two albums to be released this spring season, Pearl Jam's "Ten," and Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy." Both albums will be released this spring.
Pearl Jam's "Ten" is scheduled for release on March 24, 2009. Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" was scheduled for February 28, 2009, but has been pushed back to an unannounced date in later spring.

Personally, this is great news. I liked both of these albums, and will definitely pick up at least half of both.
Most likely the songs will be 160MSP, like most other song.
