Rock Band downloadable content is switching things up this week. Taking a break from older, classic, and well-known bands we've become accustomed to, they are offering three tracks from three different bands which can be described as up and coming. The tracks are as follows:
Black Tide - "Shockwave"
Paramore - "crushcrushcrush"
Serj Tankian - "Beethovens C***"
The three tracks are only available individually, not as a pack. They are, however, half price from other offerings at a mere 80 Microsoft points a piece. I've never heard of any of these bands, but I think it is awesome that Harmonix is not afraid to put new, different things up there. Playing old favorites at a premium is great, but it's awesome to hear some new talent and songs, even better at the less-than-normal price point.
