All are wired in the Bundle. It comes with a USB hub to hook everything up. There will be a wireless guitar down the road....

The 360 actually has 3 USB ports on the system: 2 in the front and 1 in the back near the NIC. Yeah, I'm pretty sure Rock Band for the 360 does come with a USB hub to connect everything. GHIII wireless guitars, if I'm correct, are also compatable with the 360 version of Rock Band, but not with the PS3 version.
