ok I'm gunna add to my previous post, I dont mind paying for xbox live, but paying an additional fee to play a game when i already paid for the xbox live service is kinda ridiculous (ex: Final Fantasy XI or Phantasy Star Universe) if it werent for paying the extra monthly fee I prolly would play them.

I don't mind paying for a service that knows their customers expect a higher level of enjoyment; and are continously on top of it.
I will not sit here and debate which console or service is best. That is up to the consumer, and frankly, that debate is too old and tired.
With that, I would like to say that I am excited for both the Xbox 360 Fall Update and the PS3 Home service respectively.
And the Wii has it's place too I guess.

I'm going to agree with everyone and say that I don't mind paying $4.17 a month to enjoy all that comes with XBL!
I'm not saying that I wouldn't like it for free, but usually you get what you pay for (PS3?) If the $50 per year helps keep XBL head and shoulders above the competition, Then I will gladly shell it out!
