How can you get this achievement? I can't even get a platnium medal with automatic transmission. I tried doing it with one the speed ones, but I couldn't get those with manual or automatic transmission either. Any race suggestions?

You can do it using the manual transmission with the 50 GT on the first Speed challenge.

i found this on the xbox forums earlier ...after i already got it awhile ago legitly.....complete any event under the Hardcore difficulty setting, change over to a manual transmission and do the same event under the Novice difficulty setting. When you finish the event, the game thinks that you have completed it with a manual transmission under the Hardcore difficulty setting, awarding you the achievement. You can do this on one of the first speed tests easily....hope this helps

I don't like to cheat on games, or achievements, but I'll make an exception here because there is no way I'm going to get it otherwise. Thanks for the hint :D

that was my problem too haha, and i had to control the f50 gt, i usually only use the enzo
