my xbox is going crazy. i don't know what is going on. it keeps shutting itself off and restarting. when it restarts i have no background, gamer pic, gamerscore, or rep. and i can't play games because it will shut off soon after it turns on, and it says all of my disks are unreadable. the last time it did this i shut it off for a half an hour and it was fine but i let it go all night and it still won't work.

I sounds like a hard drive failure. Remove the hard drive and reboot. Also check all your wires and cables. If it will play games offline then you may have to get a new hard drive and recover your gamertag data. Good luck!!!
