This is all a scheme, with Microsoft just wanting to make more money, and the same of all the god damn stores. Nothing but jibber jabber. And I love how the whole 18th deal was secret, and how the word, I thought was only on the XBOX forums. Like, asking my local Best Buy's employees, and getting nothing but BS and how they dont know, then seeing 30+ people waiting at each Best Buy? Something is wrong here.

Aright so its the 17th. I worked 10 hours, and came home at about 10:00. I go to my local Best Buy at 11:00 PM, and arrive to 30+ people waiting (Great Northern). So I am just in awe. Then, I go to the Best Buy in Avon, across the highway of Avon Commons. So, I see about 15 people. I get out, and ask them where the "end of the line is". I talk to a guy for a while...and he tells me how they were up there at about 11:00, and the manager came up. The manage gave them "numbers" or something, depending on their position in line. They gave out the number of consoles they were getting, about 30. And I had realized why there were people sleeping in their cars. Its very confusing, and to me, agrivating than no other.

I feel you dude! I was number 25 in line at my Best Buy to bad they only received fucking 24! Got in line at 11:00pm. Manager came out at around 5:30am and started to count people. I had to pull his teeth to get him to tell me what the numbers where. Why does everything have to be so sneaky and quite?

That blows man. Read on XBOX forums that most BB had lines exceeding there capacity by 9 p.m. last night. FWIW, according to the BB playbook, they should not have hande out the tickets until approximately 2 hours prior to opening.
Also, looks like approximately 4,000 units were on bestbuy.com starting at 7:45 a.m., and were ALL sold out by 8 a.m. this morning.
Look for a flood on ebay, maybe you can grab one under a buy it now for less than 700....

Wow. I really thought there wouldn't be much camping that early up north. I wouldn't be able to stand the cold.

Same.
We will get ours, just patience.
There's no point in complaining to much about this huge conspiracy by Microsoft.
And this makes me not want to go to Best Buy...why? Well, because they keep it a huge secret, and then I see all these people there. I am 15, and something tells me they dont like telling well, "younglins".
As much as I love Best Buy, I will only go there because I have a $10 off coupon.
