Perhaps the FGC system of doing things would work better for what you are wanting.

Personally, I feel he should keep his points. He was in at the beginning, just without a partner, so basically he and Puck were alone, add them together with all points gained from the start of the game, just like all of us got.

He has been saying he wanted in since the 5th, at least that's as far back as I went and he was saying it. No one took him as a partner and now that peeps see what points he can put up they want him to start at 0. If this was the weekly he would have signed up way back then and all his points would count.
This is why I said before that everyone in it should sign up for the weekly to record their start points and have it start the same time as the weekly.

I think that if we disqualify someone for gs without timestamps, the replacement should be allowed to use all points with timestamps that show the points were earned after the start of the comp.
But I guess we have all shown that what we each think is fair in our eyes, doesn't match others.
