This really doesn't constitute an announcement, but I'll put it here anyway. I changed the send pm form so the read receipt is unselected by default. The pm receipts make it so when the user you sent your pm to reads it, their prompted to fulfill the receipt so you know they've read it. They've been driving me insane. I figured most people didn't want the receipt but just didn't know/care/remember to uncheck it. You can still check it if you want to, I'll just hate you.
