Anyone remember the classic cheat sequence for Contra on the NES? Guess what, it still works for the Xbox Live Arcade version for the Xbox 360. The only drawback is that achievement and Xbox Live Leaderboard data are disabled.

In case you were wondering the sequence is: Up Up, Down Down, Left Right, Left Right, A B Start

Do that, and you will have 30 lives. In the screenshot sequence, enter the cheat in the first screen on the left, the second shows the cheat movements and the third shows a player starting with 30 lives.
