The folks over at IGN had info on the release of the Oblivion expansion Shivering Isles.
Apparently, the expansion will cost 2,400 MS points ($24.99) and be available on March 26th. While this may seem excessive, there is an additional 30+ hours of gameplay and many new quests, creatures and dungeons.
