Oblivion- Shivering Isles

I need help with the paranoid quest, and pretty much all the quests, ive only down the first couple of quests. But i cant seem to sneak up on them, they always find me or am i doing something wrong?

Um, not high at all, i started the game, did 3 main quests, then did Shivering Isles, am i screwed or what?

not necessarily, if you want to get it up higher go into a house where people are, go into sneak mode, and if you do it correctly you should not be seen, but your sneak skill should go up dramatically, you can do this until you can successfully do the quest, or go back and play some other missions to raise your skills but i would suggest boosting the sneak like i said.
EDIT: the people can see you initially, but if you wait for them to do their computer generated movements wait until they stop and get out of their line of sight, then just walk into a wall or a corner until your sneak is at about 50 or so

ALright, and some other quests, i can't seem to get. IT's really confusing, i cant think of the names. But ive already done like 4

what are you having problems with? doing them, or figuring out what to do, or what? if you need it easier adjust the slider accordingly

No, not the difficulty, just what to do. Idk liek where to go, who to talk to or anything.

well usually just follow the compass, when the red or green mark on it starts moving really quickly that means you're very close to your target/destination. if you need more help on what you're suppose to do in game, you can go to the B menu and go to quests and it should give you many paragraphs about what you're suppose to do next

Yeah true. But osmetimes it doesnt help. and i ihave to walk about and taslk to someone i dont even know and i cant find them. Ill try and figure it out, and if i cant ill come back here.
