I have the GOTY edition for oblivion but i downloaded the SI and NothN on my old account and it was on my 3rd 360. I dont have that account and im on my 6th 360. Can I still use the DLC or will i need to buy it from the marketplace. There are probably posts about this already but I dont feel like serching all the pages for it.

If you still have the Disc from the GOTY edition with the content then you are good to go, otherwise probably out of luck.

ok. I do have it still but when i download it and start playing its not on the map and when I go to where it is at it isnt there. I tryed it on my save and a new game and the same thing happened. One of my friends told me that if i delete everything for oblivion(saves and all DLC) and delete all the updates from my 360 and redownload the DLC and start a new game then it will work but it hasnt. So im not sure what is wrong.

If you installed the SI and NothN it takes about 15 minutes to a half hour of gameplay before something pops up letting you know about those different maps. This has been my experience every time I've played Oblivion on my account and my girlfriends. I would do a quest if you have some left and then it should let you know about a mysterious door that opens (indicating shivering isles is now available).

ok so if i am playing on my main save and doing some of the active quests on it about 30 minutes into it the door will pop up? just confirming.

You have to wait 24 hours of game time before it occurs, I believe.

Yea I believe this is correct. If you want just load up a game and *wait* for 24 hours or 48 just to make sure and then this should load up all your DLC.
Hope it works.

2 discs. The first one is the main game disc and what you'll use to play, the second has Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles and whatever other content, and you'll install it at the beginning.
