Major Nelson just communicated that there will not be a Xbox Live Arcade title released this week. The reasoning is due to the scheduled title being delayed for, we assume, not passing certification. Disappointing? yes. But would you rather have a rushed POS (and they already used up their Classic Arcade Mulligans)? No way.
